My life has done a 180 as a result of your class. I now meditate an hour a day, go to bed at approximately the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. My sleep score has been running between 85 and 89, with very few nights of irregular sleep. For the most part my anxiety and stress are less and my joy of living is more.
I recently completed a small group program offered by the SATA Centre focused on helping me understand and cope with my long standing sleep challenges. I came away with a pocket full of ideas and tools I can use everyday. Laura and Andrea created a calm and caring space to explore the why’s, what’s and the how’s of not only poor sleep but what to do about it.
