TESTIMONIALS

I highly recommend the MBTI program for anyone seeking an effective and manageable treatment for insomnia. This program’s practical techniques and behavioural insights have equipped me with valuable tools to address the challenges of insomnia.
Andrea’s guided meditations are a true highlight. Her calming voice and expertly crafted sessions effortlessly lead you into a state of deep relaxation. Dr. McLean’s science-based instruction is also truly exceptional.

Meditation and mindfulness are now part of my daily routine.

Dr McLean was joined by Andrea Lemp, RN, MSN and together they are an awesome team. They gently taught us and encouraged us to use mindfulness techniques, breath work and many other tools to assist with changing long standing sleep issues.
I would say that prior to being in this group, one of my aversions was participation in ‘groups’! However, thanks to these two ladies and the rest of the group, not only did I relax and get over my aversion, I actually noticed the benefits of participating with others who could relate to my experience….we were all in it together!!

I truly wish everybody who is considering taking or taking sleep medication could find their way into a program like this. I know there are no instant fixes for changing long-standing habits and change is a journey but I believe that having a personal tool kit to dive into is far more effective, empowering and healthy than taking a pill. I personally have implemented some of these tools and not only do I sleep better but I no longer stress about sleep.

For these reasons I highly recommend this program to anybody who is searching for healthy alternatives to medication!

Thank-you Laura and Andrea for patiently sharing your wisdom with us.

My life has done a 180 as a result of your class.  I now meditate an hour a day, go to bed at approximately the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. My sleep score has been running between 85 and 89, with very few nights of irregular sleep.   For the most part my anxiety and stress are less and my joy of living is more.

I recently completed a small group program offered by the SATA Centre focused on helping me understand and cope with my long standing sleep challenges. I came away with a pocket full of ideas and tools I can use everyday. Laura and Andrea created a calm and caring space to explore the why’s, what’s and the how’s of not only poor sleep but what to do about it. It was so helpful and gave me confidence to tackle the changes I need to make to improve both my waking and sleeping life!  It was a very worthwhile experience for me. Thank you!
